Delivery & Shipping Policy

General Information

- Fruitjo.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Jordan

- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

- All orders are subject to product availability; if a product is not in stock in the time you place your order we will notify you and we will send you the order without the unavailable item and remove its value from the receipt, or we will postpone the order until the product becomes available based on your request.

Delivery Location

Our services are only available for addresses within the Capital Governorate (Amman) or Alzarqa, any shipments outside the Capital Governorate or Al-Zarqa are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Saturday to Thursday). Delivering orders starts at 12:00 PM and continues till 8:00 PM. There are 4 delivery time periods; 12PM-2:00PM, 2:00PM-4:00PM, 4:00PM-6:00PM, and 6:00PM-8:00PM, you can choose the time period you prefer for your order to be delivered, but you can’t specify the exact time for delivering within the specified time period.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost for orders with a value less than 5JDs is 1.5Jds. The shipping cost for orders with a value more than 5JDs and that are requested to be delivered at the same day is 1.25JDs. The shipping cost of orders with a value more than 5JDs and that are requested to be delivered the next day is 0.99JDs.

Delivery Instructions

After you place your order we will contact you to confirm the order, if the phone number provided is incorrect, you did not answer the phone, or we could not contact you for any other reason the order will not be shipped. After confirming the order, and after the order is shipped, the driver will send you an SMS including a link to his Whats-app account to share your location, so your order can be delivered at the specified time period, if you did not answer within 10 minutes the driver has the rights to leave without delivering your order.
